Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you wish to return a product, the following conditions apply:

General terms and conditions

• You can register a return by sending an email to info@one-morewear.com , stating your order number and the reason for return.

• After receiving your order, you have 14 days to register your return with us.

• Exchanges are not possible, only returns.

Costs and reimbursement

• Returns cost €5.95. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

• The purchase amount (minus return costs and excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to the account used to make the purchase within 10 working days of receipt of the return shipment.

Terms and conditions for products

• Products must not be used, stained, or damaged. This is especially true for items where hygiene is important.

• Items must be returned neatly folded and with the right side out.

• No creases or dents in leggings; dust or signs of wear are considered stains and are not permitted.

Free articles & promotions

• Did you receive a free item (like socks)?

  • If you return products that bring your total order value below €100, you must also return the free item.

• For buy-one-get-one-free promotions, the entire shipment must be returned to be eligible for a refund.

Return procedure

1. Register your return via info@one-morewear.com .

2. You will receive a confirmation and a return form by email.

3. Please complete this form in full and include it with your return shipment.

Orders placed before 11 PM will be delivered the next day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the next business day!

Shipping within Europe:
Standard delivery : €9.50
Estimated delivery time : 1-3 business days
Free standard delivery available for orders over €70.00

Worldwide Shipping:
Standard delivery : €19.95
Estimated delivery time: 5-15 business days. Depending on your country of residence.
Free standard delivery available for orders over €150.00

NB!
If your package has an incorrect delivery address, is refused upon delivery, or is not collected on time at a collection point, the package will only be resent if you pay the additional shipping costs.
